Saylorville lake is the home port for Saylorville Yacht Club and Saylorville Yacht Club Sailing School.   This lake is a wonderful venue for us to teach our Small boat and day sailor courses. Saylorville lake is a large lake that's a great place to further develop your small boat skills or learn how to sail a larger boat like our MacGregor 26, which is conveniently docked in a slip on the 200 Dock at the marina.  You'll also see SYC members socializing on the docks and racing in the PHRF fleet on Wednesday nights. Learn to sail from SYCSS and join the SYC to socialize and/or get involved in the exciting world of sailboat racing.

Saylorville Lake is located just south of Polk City, Iowa.  The lake is just off Highway 415 along the beautiful Neal Smith Trail.  Turn in to the Saylorville Marina, about 300 feet after turning off highway 415, you will see the Marina offices to the right.
